Welcome to the Cazenovia Police Department

100_0208The Cazenovia Police Department works twenty four hours a day and seven days a week to serve and protect the citizens of Cazenovia. We do this with a staff of five full time officers and twelve part time officers. In addition, we provide crossing guards for the school children and a Parking Enforcement Officer. We are located at 90 Albany Street, Cazenovia, New York 13035 and our administrative daytime telephone number is 315-655-3276. We are dispatched through the Madison County 911 Center located in Wampsville, New York. If you need the Cazenovia Police Department, we can be contacted through them by dialing 315-366-2311.

The Cazenovia Police Department provides a wide range of services and protections to the Cazenovia community. Of course we provide traffic control for the all of the parades and events that take place every year in Cazenovia. We enforce vehicle and traffic laws on a daily basis so that the citizens can be safe on our streets. If you and your family take a vacation, contact us. We will put you on our house check list thereby keeping an extra eye on your house so you can enjoy your vacation worry free. We are always happy to answer your questions and provide help to those who need it. If we can not provide the help, we will direct you to the proper agency.

The Cazenovia Police Department welcomes any member of the community to come and visit our police department. We will be glad to answer any questions on what we do and we are happy to give you a tour of the station. For those who are interested in law enforcement, we do provide a “ride along program.” It is the hope of the Chief of Police and the fine officers of the Cazenovia Police Department that the members of our community visit our website and learn more about what we do.
